Performance coaching is not a medical service, so it doesn’t qualify for insurance reimbursement. Unlike therapy, which is designed to treat diagnosable mental health conditions, coaching focuses on mindset, clarity, and performance optimization.

Because of this distinction, coaching is considered a non-clinical service—even when it’s led by a licensed therapist. That said, I offer transparent, upfront pricing so you always know what to expect.
