Becoming a therapist and coach came naturally to me. Even as a kid, I had a deep sense for listening and connecting—feeling things intensely and noticing what others missed. That emotional insight, combined with experiences both personally and professionally have shaped how I show up today: grounded, compassionate, and direct when it counts.
I take a whole-person approach to growth. That means we won’t just talk—we’ll look at how you live, what drives you, and how to move forward with intention. Whether you're here to heal, reconnect with yourself, or break through the mental blocks holding you back, I’m here to walk with you—sometimes beside you, sometimes a step ahead, and always in support of your next move.

I’m deeply committed to ongoing growth as a practitioner and regularly engage in continued learning through reading, research, and professional trainings. As a lifelong athlete and reflective thinker, I’m motivated by curiosity, evidence-based practice, and a commitment to continual development.
You’re ready to move—but want to make sure the steps you take are aligned with who you are and what you value.
Coaching focuses on practical strategies, clarity, and consistency to help you take action without losing your sense of purpose.
When life feels unclear or heavy, therapy gives you space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what really matters.
This work invites depth—not quick fixes—and helps you understand where you’ve been so you can heal and move forward.
Start with a free consultation call to see if we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll map out the best path forward—whether it’s therapy, or coaching.
How do I get started?
I do! Coaches are welcome to reach out for a consultation to work together for their team - during season and off-season options are available.
Do you work with student-athletes or teams?
Insurance companies have requirements and restrictions which limits the personalization of delivery of therapeutic services. While I do not accept insurance, I can provide a Superbill through the online portal for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you have Out-of-Network (OON) benefits.
I also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payments. You simply need to use that card in the Jane app portal as your preferred payment method.
Why do you not accept insurance?
Absolutely. Virtual therapy and coaching provide convenience, flexibility, and privacy. Plus, research continues to support its effectiveness. As long as you have a quiet space and a solid internet connection, we’re good to go.
Is virtual work as effective as in-person sessions?
If you're located in Wisconsin or Utah, I can offer therapy services via secure telehealth. For performance coaching, I’m able to work with clients across the U.S. and internationally, since licensing restrictions do not apply.
