Becoming a therapist came naturally to me. From a young age, I had a unique sense for listening and connecting, often feeling life with intensity. Facing and overcoming my own challenges has helped to shape me into the sincerely compassionate, wholeheartedly genuine, and boldly authentic therapist I am today. 

Living a healthy lifestyle is central to my life, so wellness is a natural component woven into the work we will do together. Therapy can sometimes be misunderstood as intimidating or overly clinical; while it can be challenging, having the right therapist—someone you connect with—can make all the difference. Know that I am here to walk this path alongside you—sometimes ahead to guide you and at times behind to encourage you forward.
